Agent rules

• Use lakebed-native/ui first; raw React Native is an escape hatch
• Never create ios/, android/, app.json, or metro.config.js in capsules
• Server owns persistent data via ctx.db
• Use ctx.auth.user for per-user scoping
• Run npx lakebed-native dev for local development
